Growing up on a rice farm in the Murrumbidgee Irrigation Area (MIA), and over the years my passion and curiosity for all things food and wine grown and produced in the Riverina has developed into a fabulous pastime.
I am very proud to present all the highlights of this beautiful region to our visitors.
Working with the local growers, producers, manufacturers and restaurateurs bringing produce from paddock to plate, season to season, is very exciting and is making this area a delicious stop over.
