In this immersive cooking class, you’ll learn to craft delicate, handmade ravioli from scratch, filled with a luscious combination of radicchio, ricotta, and Parmigiano-Reggiano and other seasonal
As you knead, roll, and shape the dough, you’ll explore the balance of radicchio’s gentle bitterness with creamy, savoury notes and other seasonal fillings.
Under the guidance of an expert chef, Liam our Italian chef from the North of Italy, creating delicious dishes in both Italy and Australia highlighting seasonal and local produce. He now lives in Griffith and this is our first of our long lunches.
You’ll perfect ravioli-making techniques while sharing stories and laughter in a warm, inviting setting.
Afterward, indulge in a long, leisurely lunch, savouring your handmade ravioli alongside perfectly paired wines, good company, and lively conversation.
